12. Place the toggle arm (38) ends of
the toggle assembly onto the tog-
gle pins (36), and snap the pivot
pin ends of the toggle assembly
into the piston lugs.
13. Set gap using the gap adjustment
tool*.
*Use part no. 15E796, which is also in-
cluded in Repair Kit 246918, for Mini
Fire-Ball 225 pumps. Use part no.
171818 for all other Fire-Ball pump
models.
Adjust the distance between the
inlet valve poppets and the piston seat
by turning the top valve nuts (24*).
14. Tighten the bottom valve nuts
(24*) very tight by hand. The lower
valve grommets (17*) should be
slightly compressed.
