Oil/Filter Change
Removal
1. Fig. 6. Place drip pan or rags under sprayer to
catch hydraulic oil that drains out.
2. Remove drain plug (195). Allow hydraulic oil to
drain.
3. Unscrew filter (199) slowly -- oil runs into groove
and drains out rear.
Installation
1. Install drain plug (195). Apply a light coat of oil to
oil filter gasket and install oil filter (199). T ighten oil
filter 3/4 turn after gasket contacts base.
2. Fill with1.25 gallons (4.73 liters) of Graco hydraulic
oil 169236 (5 gallon/20 liter) or 207428 (1 gal-
lon/3.8 liter)
3. Check oil level.
