How to troubleshoot Graco Construction Equipment when the engine/sprayer won’t start?
    • L
      lisa89Aug 14, 2025
If your Graco Construction Equipment engine or sprayer won’t start, there are several potential causes: * The engine switch might not be turned on. Ensure the engine switch is on. * The gas tank may be empty. Refill the gas tank. * The engine oil level could be low. Try starting the engine; if the light on the rear of the engine glows, replenish the oil. * The spark plug cable might be disconnected or the spark plug damaged. Connect the cable on top of the engine or replace the spark plug. * Water might be frozen in the pressure control. In this case, return the pressure control to an authorized Graco dealer for repair.

What to do if there is spitting from the gun with Graco Construction Equipment?
    • M
      Michael CuevasAug 25, 2025
If you're experiencing spitting from the gun of your Graco Construction Equipment, here's what might be happening: * There could be air in the fluid pump or hose. Check for loose connections at the pump intake and tighten them. Then, prime the pump. * The tip might be partially clogged. Clear the tip clog. * The fluid supply may be low or empty. Refill and prime the pump. Check the fluid supply often to prevent running the pump dry. * Dried paint particles from a poorly cleaned suction tube assembly could be the issue. Remove and clean the suction tube. During normal flushing, remove and clean the suction tube assembly separately to prevent further clogging.
