Why is paint leaking out of the cup threads of my Graco TrueCoat 360 Paint Sprayer?

  If paint leaks out of the cup threads on your Graco Paint Sprayer, it may be because the cup is not properly seated. Verify the Cup Lid is tight and add Seal Lube (included) to the Cup Lid gasket to ensure an airtight seal. Also, make certain there is only one FlexLiner in the Cup Support and that there is no damage to or debris on the top sealing edge of the FlexLiner or Cup Lid gasket. Make certain the Cup Lid is properly threaded to the Cup Support, ensuring there are no threads visible when tight. Avoid flexing or pushing down on the Cup Support or pulling down on the FlexLiner when you evacuate the air out of the FlexLiner. If the issue persists, replace the FlexLiner.

  If the Graco Paint Sprayer's spray pattern “spits” at the end or beginning, it could be due to excess material accumulated on the Spray Tip and Spray Tip Guard, or the Spray Tip is partially plugged. Clean the Spray Tip and Spray Tip Guard and clear the Spray Tip. If the issue continues, consider replacing the spray tip or the pump if it has reached its maximum life.

  If your Graco Paint Sprayer makes a sound but isn't spraying material, several factors could be at play: * Ensure the sprayer is properly primed. * Make sure all air is out of the FlexLiner and the VacuValve is properly closed. * Verify the cup cover is securely tightened to the cup support, aligning the arrow on the cup cover within the indicator range on the cup support. * Check that the cup assembly is correctly locked onto the sprayer. * Confirm the VacuValve cap o-ring is installed on the cup cover and the cap is tightly secured.

  If the pump filter is plugged in your Graco Paint Sprayer, remove the Pump Filter from the pump and clean both sides of it. While the Pump Filter is removed, inspect and ensure no dried paint debris is collected inside the pump inlet.
