If your Graco Paint Sprayer doesn't make any sound when you pull the trigger, here are a few things to check: 1. **Power Supply:** Verify that the sprayer is receiving power. 2. **Motor Overheat:** If the motor has overheated, wait 20-30 minutes for it to cool down. 3. **Electronic Control:** There may be an electronic control failure. In this case, replace the electronic control.

What to do if my Graco Paint Sprayer is not primed?

      dperezNov 17, 2025
If the Graco Paint Sprayer is not primed, it could be due to a few reasons. First, repeat the Start Up procedure to ensure all air is evacuated from the FlexLiner. An under tightened Cup Lid will allow air to seep into the FlexLiner and cause a loss of prime, so verify the Cup Lid is tight and add Seal Lube (included) to the Cup Lid gasket to ensure an airtight seal. If the sprayer sprays when upside down but not upright, there is likely still an air leak into the cup, so try replacing the FlexLiner and VacuValve (extra of both are included with the sprayer). Also, make certain there is only one FlexLiner in the Cup Support. Check that there is no damage to or debris on the top sealing edge of the FlexLiner or Cup Lid gasket. Make certain all the air is out of the FlexLiner and the VacuVal...
