(5)-5 FTP server settings
Selection item Description
(1) FTP Server
Enter the domain name or IP address of the FTP server.
(2) User Name
Enter the user name of the FTP account.
(3) Password
Enter the password of the FTP account.
(4) Port Number
Enter the port number of a port to be used for FTP. It is normally 21.
(5) PASV Mode Make the passive mode setting.
ON : Should be set for communication with an external FTP server in a firewall envi-
ronment.
OFF : Should be set for communication with an FTP server in a normal network envi-
ronment.
(6) FTP Server Connec-
tion Test
Performs connection test to the FTP server.When the connection test is performed,
a message is displayed.If connection cannot be established, check the settings and
perform the connection test again.
* If the connection test is passed, the following message is displayed.
