FRONT FENDERS REMOVAL
1. Remove the hood. Refer to “Hood Removal”, page
8.19 procedure.
2. Remove the front bumper. Refer to “Front Fascia
Removal”, page 8.19 procedure.
3. Remove the fasteners (1) retaining the front fascia to
the upper front fender brackets and the fasteners (2)
holding to the lower front fender brackets.
4. Remove the screws (3) retaining the front and rear
portion of the front fender flare. Pull the front fender
flare away from the front fender.
5. Remove the screws (4) retaining the rear portion of
the front fender and remove the fender.
DASH PANELS / GLOVE BOX REMOVAL
Upper Dash Panel
1. Remove the push rivets (1) from the upper dash
panel and pull the panel towards the seats to release
the front tabs.
Lower Dash Panel
2. Disconnect the ignition, headlight and AWD
switches, instrument cluster, and both 12V power
points on the control dash panel.
3. Pop the shifter cap off and remove the screw and
pull up on the shifter grip to remove it.
