CONTROLS AND FEATURES
See Figure 1 for all controls and features locations.
NOTE: This product is equipped with an internal
combustion engine. DO NOT on or near any unimproved,
forest covered or brush covered land unless the exhaust
system is equipped with a spark arrester meeting
applicable local, state or federal laws. A spark arrester, if
used, must be maintained in effective working order by
the operator.
SEAT
The seat has 4" of front-to-rear adjustment. To adjust
seat, pull adjustment lever out and move seat forward or
backward. Release lever and ensure that seat is locked
into position. Seat can also be adjusted to weight of
operator. To adjust, rotate adjusting knob at front of seat
to adjust suspension stiffness for operator weight.
SAFETY INTERLOCK SYSTEM
Test system at each operation. If system doesnt function
as described, make all repairs, do not operate. Engine
must not start unless PTO is disengaged and range
selector control lever is in neutral. The engine must stop
whenever operator leaves seat with PTO or range select
controls engaged.
THROTTLE CONTROL LEVER
Always use slow engine and range speeds until you can
operate unit safely. Throttle positions are.

Engine Speed
Slow
NOTE: Operator must be in seat to operate unit. If
operator leaves seat with range selector not in neutral,
engine will stop.
DIRECTIONAL CONTROL PEDAL
To move the unit forward, depress front of
directional control pedal. To move rearward,
depress rear of pedal. The direction control
pedal does not lock into either position.
Continue to push down to continue travel.
The pedal will return to neutral upon
release.
Pushing brake pedal down will not stop unit if range
selector is engaged and direction control pedal is
depressed. Release direction control pedal to neutral
before using brakes.
NOTE: To prevent damage to transaxle, place range
select lever in neutral position before depressing both
brake pedals. Individual brake pedals can be used to
utilize limited slip differential. To do this, apply pressure to
brake pedal of wheel spinning or losing traction. This will
provide power to wheel not spinning.
BRAKE LOCK ARM
The brake lock arm is used to engage
individual wheel brakes together for parking
and transport. If brake lock arm is not
engaged, park brake lock lever actuates only
right wheel brake.
WARNING
SAFETY INTERLOCK SYSTEM FAILURE and
improper operation of unit can result in death or
serious injury. ALWAYS know the Safety Interlock
System is operating properly.
CAUTION
While learning to operate direction control pedal,
practice in a at, open area until comfortable and
condent with control of unit.
WARNING
If unit is driven when parking brake lock lever is
engaged and individual wheel brakes are not locked
together with brake lock arm, unit will circle around
right drive wheel.
