Batteries can produce explosive
hydrogen gas.
• Use this bender in well-ventilated
areas.
• Do not allow metal or conductive
objects to contact the battery
terminals.
• Use insulated tools when connect-
ing or disconnecting battery
cables.
• Do not use this bender near an
open flame.
Failure to observe these warnings
will result in severe injury or death.
Do not use automotive batteries. Use only
PowerSonic Model PS-12600 or equivalent deep
cycle-type batteries. Other batteries can overheat,
explode or vent explosive hydrogen gas.
Keep terminal covers in place and the battery
compartment closed during operation and storage.
The battery compartment must be closed to protect
the batteries and battery cables from damage.
Failure to observe this warning can result in severe
injury or death.
Do not attempt to charge a very cold or frozen
battery. Damage to the battery could result,
causing acid to spray out.

gloves and face shield. Use insu-
lated tools when inspecting or
working with the batteries.

• Do not modify the charger power

to a 120V, 15-amp grounded
