3. Receiving the product

the boxes.

‐ Use proper lifting equipment when handling the
product.
‐ Follow local regulations.
3.1 Delivery
The pump is delivered from the factory in a wooden package,
which is specially designed for transport by fork-lift truck or a similar
vehicle.
3.2 Handling
WARNING

Death or serious personal injury
‐ Make sure that the pump remains in a stable position
during unpacking and installation by means of the
straps used for lifting the pump.
‐ Note that typically the centre of gravity of the pump is
close to the motor.
The pump must be lifted by means of straps and shackles. See
figures below.
