Fault vacuum loader
• The vacuum loader fuse has
tripped.
• Check the vacuum loader and the cabling.
Wrong input
• One or more specified
parameters are missing. The
system is not ready to
operate.
• Check all settings, especially for dosing rate and solution
concentration.
Emergency stop
• The emergency stop was
activated.
• Check the reason for the emergency stop.
For systems where the main switch serves as
emergency stop, this message appears as well if the
main switch was switched off.
Fault water valve
• There is a water flow while
the solenoid valve is closed.
• Check the solenoid valve, the flow sensor, and the settings of the
flow sensor in menu Set-up - Flow sensor.
• Clean the diaphragm of the solenoid valve.

‐ Before dismantling, the system must be completely
flushed with water in order to remove the chemicals.
‐ Collect and dispose of all chemicals in a way that is
not harmful to persons or the environment.
‐ The system must be dismantled by authorised and
qualified persons.
This system or parts of it must be disposed of in an environmentally
sound way. Use appropriate waste collection services. If this is not
possible, contact the nearest Grundfos company or service
workshop.
