Assembling Sectional Rail
To prevent SERIOUS INJURY:
- DO NOT connect power until instructed.
- To prevent INJURY, keep hands and ngers away from joints and possible sharp edges.
- Keep hands and ngers clear from sprocket during operation.
- Wear gloves when installing chain and cable.
- Keep hands and ngers away from joints and possible sharp edges
5/16” Flange Nut (8)
Flange Nut 1/4” -20 (2)
Bolt 5/16” - 18 x
1/2” (2)
Trolley
Carriage Bolt (8)
Front Idler
Sprocket (1)
Rail – Header Segment
Rail - Middle Segment
2 Brace rail joints
Riel – End Segment with stop bolt
Brace (2)
Riel – End segment with stop bolt
Rail - Middle Segment
Rail – Header Segment
To Mount the Rail
1. Attach the Header, Middle, and End rail segments together with the two braces, using the 5/16” carriage bolts and
ange nuts provided.
2. Slide the trolley assembly along the rail to the header segment.
3. Install the front idler sprocket with the two 1/4” bolts and nuts provided.
4. Align the holes on the end segment of the T-rail with the holes in the motor unit and fasten the rail with (2) 5/16” - 18 x 1/2”
bolts.
