Assembling Sectional Rail
To prevent SERIOUS INJURY:
- DO NOT connect power until instructed.
- To prevent INJURY, keep hands and ngers away from joints and possible sharp edges.
- Keep hands and ngers clear from sprocket during operation.
- Wear gloves when installing chain and cable.
- Keep hands and ngers away from joints and possible sharp edges

To Mount the Rail
1. Attach the Header, Middle, and End rail segments together with the two braces, using the 5/16” carriage bolts and
ange nuts provided.
2. Slide the trolley assembly along the rail to the header segment.
3. Install the front idler sprocket with the two 1/4” bolts and nuts provided.
4. Align the holes on the end segment of the T-rail with the holes in the motor unit and fasten the rail with (2) 5/16” - 18 x 1/2”
bolts.
