4. THE DIFFERENT
PROGRAMMES & MODES
4.1 Preparing the device -----------------------
Whatever programme you want, prepare your device
as follows:
1
Prepare all your ingredients in a separate bowl
- Take care to fully mix them, so that you can get the
best end result possible. We'll call this initial mix before
churning: the premix
WARNING: It is imperative that your initial premix is
at a starting temperature of +5 °C to +20 °C.
A frozen premix risks blocking the blade and damaging
the motor.
2
Make sure that the stainless steel removable bowl is
clean and dry, as well as its housing in the appliance.
Otherwise, the humidity risks freezing and blocking
the bowl in the appliance
3
After removing it from the appliance, insert the blade
into the stainless steel removable bowl
IMPORTANT: Only for Ice Cream / Sorbet / Granita,
Italian Ice Cream and Ice Cream Manual Mode.
The Yoghurt function works without the blade.
4
Pour your premix (which you've mixed with a whisk
beforehand) in the stainless steel removable bowl 
