Using the on/o button, turn on the device
4.2 Your AUTOMATIC programmes -----------
The appliance oers 2 automatic programmes, which are:

Follow the device preparation process described
in section 4.1 Preparing the device

Select the desired automatic programme by clicking
the knob

The programme and its time count are then displayed
on the screen:

The icon at bottom right of the screen is
automatically pre-selected.
GOOD TO KNOW
If you nally want to exit this programme, you can turn
your knob to the left to select pictogram

once selected, click the dial to return to the previous
screen.

Click the dial again to launch your programme

The programme runs its course, and when it is nished:
the dial to return to the screen of the
programme chosen initially, you can take out your
removable stainless bowl and access your preparation
Without any action on your part at the end of the
programme, Conservation mode will activate
after for a duration of 30 minutes
(for more information on Conservation mode,
see section 4.4 Conservation mode)

Once the programme is nished and your preparation
recovered, you can turn o your device using
the on/o button.
Once the screen is o, you can press the switch
to turn o the power
TIPS!
A is provided to let you re-close your stainless steel
removable bowl and to store your ice cream in the
freezer, directly in this bowl.
Once you've taken it out of the appliance,
for 20 to 30 minutes so that it
can set - particularly so as to be able to create real ice
cream scoops.
Ideal T°C setting for your freezer to get the best ice
cream results: -15 °C
If you keep your ice cream in the
removable stainless steel bowl, take your ice cream out
10 minutes before you want to enjoy it, as stainless steel
is a thermal conductor - the ice cream will need time
to get softer
4.3 Your MANUAL programmes
The appliance oers to customise
according to your requirements:
GOOD TO KNOW
It is essential to wait 15 minutes between two
programmes or risk damaging the compressor
GOOD TO KNOW
Make sure you lock your lid correctly, otherwise the
words "Lock your lid" will appear on the screen
- you will then not be able to launch your programme
without locking it properly.
The
pictogram only appears on the screen when
the lid is locked.
