Minimum distances
• Observe the following minimum distances
and dimensions when installing:

Distance between the hob and the
upper cupboard/extraction hood:
≥ 760 mm

If the hob is to be installed above
a ventilated oven, the spacing
between the appliance base and
the ceiling of the oven must be
≥50 mm

Thickness of the worktop: 38–
48 mm

Depth of the worktop: ≥ 600 mm

Framing on all sides of worktop: ≥
50 mm
• Position the hob so that the air outlet

is
not obstructed.
• Position the hob so that the air inlet

is
not obstructed.
• If the hob is separated from the rest of the
mounting cupboard by a horizontal fixing
plate, install it so that the space between
the appliance base and the fixing plate is
≥ 50 mm high.
• If the hob is separated from the rest of
the mounting cupboard by a vertical fixing
plate, install it so that the space between
the wall and the fixing plate is ≥ 20 mm
wide. At the back of the fixing plate, cut
out a square opening with a sides of at
least 80 mm.
