MANUAL OVERRIDE
IMPORTANT!
You MUST unplug the two-connector plug BEFORE
any attempt to use the Manual Override. Failure to
do so result in serious injury.
WARNING
Disconnect power from lift
BEFORE attempting manual
override.
1. Unplug Power to the Lift. [Figure 10-1]
2. Remove the cap on top of the motor cover,
using a coin or key. [Figure 10-2]
3. Insert a 3/8” socket wrench into the
actuator and rotate the Hex Shaft. [Figure 10-3]

In the event of a power failure, for example
if your car battery dies, your lift can still
operate using the Manual Override system.
4. Turn COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to LOWER
the platform. [Figure 10-4]
5. Turn CLOCKWISE to RAISE the platform.
