Installing U-Bolt Hardware Kit
The U-bolts are used with power chairs or
scooters that do not have a center seat post. On
this type chair, the seat is normally attached to
a tubular frame. Install the U-bolts, two on
each side, to the frame as shown.

Ensure that the loop extends to the outside of
the chair so the user can attach the strap hooks.

Each chair is slightly different so the U-bolt
placement will differ among models and
manufacturers. Place the U-bolts towards the
center of the seat if possible. Due to different
seat types, you may be forced to install the
U-bolts more towards the front or rear of the
seat, but we recommend attachment as close
as possible to the center of the seat.
