1. Open chest clip and harness buckle.
2. Face the rear of the child restraint
and remove the harness straps
from the splier plate ❶.
3. Pull the up-front harness
adjustment strap as far as it will
go. This will lock the splier plate
into the base of the seat ❷.
4. Roll strap ghtly, secure roll with
an elasc band and store rolled
strap under the fabric seat pad
in the opening of the up-front
adjuster.
5. Pull shoulder straps out of their
respecve slots in the backrest
❸. Slide both ends of the chest
pads and chest clips o the
harness straps.
6. Push remaining harness and
harness clips down through the
seat base ❹.
7. Li seat base fabric to expose the
crotch buckle. Remove the crotch
buckle by turning the strap and
liing the metal plate out of the
child restraint ❺. Store buckle
for future use.
