The 0% step = sound OFF; 100% = maximum volume (factory setting: 50%)
5.4 Driving the K148
The K148 can either be controlled via a USB interface or via a serial input
(baud rate 9600, even parity). It is not possible to operate the two interfaces
simultaneously.
A CD that provides the driver software is included in the scope of supply:
K800/K148 Demo CD or
download from www.hbm.com
S The first valid command switches the K148 to REMOTE; the DCL com
mand terminates REMOTE mode.
S Each command must be given in upper case letters (without a preceding
sign); there can be spaces after the command, and then the parameter val
ues as a decimal number.
S Multiple parameter values are separated by commas.
S The command line is terminated with LF or CRLF.
Responses:
Incorrect commands / parameters return ”?CRLF”, executed commands single-
digit numbers with CRLF (e.g. ”0CRLF”).
