hazards for dumpers working on soft ground and when the load is sticking to body e.g.
wet clay.
• Move the machine at a step pace.
• Secure the load properly against slipping at all times. The load must also be balanced to
prevent the machine from tipping over.
• Drive at a safe speed, adjusting the speed to the slope of the land, the surface conditions of
the road, and the weight of the load.
• When stepping backwards, be cautious about any obstacles beneath your feet or behind
you to avoid falling.
• Do not operate the machine in confined areas where there may be a risk of crushing
the operator between the machine and another object.
• Do not work in too steep positions. Never operate the machine on slopes where angle is
over 20°.
• When moving over a slope, whether moving forward or in reverse, always make certain
that the weight is evenly balanced. Always move in directions parallel with the slope (up or
down). To avoid danger, do not shift gears on slopes.
• When inspecting the machine with a tilted dump box, the dump box must always be secured
by a support to prevent accidental dump box returning to the original position.
• Mind the obstacles in order not to stumble or to get out of balance.
• Do not place any objects on the engine. During operation, the engine heats up and could
cause a fire.
• While operating with the machine in the vicinity of public roads or during their crossing
respect valid prescriptions. The machine is not approved for use on public roads.
• When using the machine, if you notice the machine running in an unstable state or hear
abnormal sound from the engine, please stop the machine and the spark plug cable
immediately and contact your original distributor.
• If the machine should start to vibrate abnormally, stop the engine and check immediately
for the cause. Vibration is generally a warning of trouble. Repair any damage before starting
and operating.
• When you examine, service clean the machine or replace parts, you must turn off the machine
and disconnect the spark plug cable.
• Do not touch the engine or muffler. They remain hot for a short time after you turn off
the unit. Allow the engine to cool before doing maintenance or making adjustments.
• Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire, make sure that all moving parts have
come to a complete stop whenever:
- Whenever you leave the machine.
- Before refueling.
- Before checking, cleaning or working on the machine.
- After striking a foreign object. Inspect the machine for damage and make repairs before
restarting and operating the machine.
- If machine starts to vibrate abnormally (check immediately).
• Do not change the engine governor settings or overspend the engine.
• Before you leave the machine in closed room, let the engine get cool first.
• Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Any work not listed in this manual MAY BE
PERFORMED ONLY BY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES.
