CAUTION! A Before you start to use the dumper, please check the dump box to
make sure it is locked (fig. 14).
TO START ENGINE
WARNING! B Carbon monoxide gas is toxic. Breathing it can cause unconsciousness
and even kill you. Avoid any areas or actions that expose you to carbon monoxide.
1. Before starting release coupling lever (fig. 15A) so that the machine does not start to move
immediately after engine start. Before starting check fuel and oil level.
2. Ignition is connected through the cable and the spark plug cap (the rubber boot) with
the spark plug. Check the connection (fig. 16A).
3. Turn the fuel valve - if equipped - (fig. 17) to “1“ position.
4. Move the throttle lever (fig. 18A) on the handlebar at half way position.
5. When starting cold engine, turn choke lever (fig. 19) to position CHOKE (1 - ON). When
starting warm engine turn choke lever to RUN (0 - OFF) position .
6. Turn the engine switch (fig. 18B) to “ON“ position.
7. Grasp the starter handle (fig. 20) and pull gently on the starter handle until it begins to
resist, then pull quickly and forcefully upwards.
CAUTION! A Do not allow the starter grip to snap back against the engine. Return
it gently to prevent damage to the starter.
CAUTION! A Rapid retraction of starter cord (kickback) will pull hand and arm
toward engine faster than you can let go. Broken bones, fractures, bruises or sprains
could result.
8. Return the starter handle slowly after engine starts.
9. Choke adjustment: When the engine starts to run, get choke lever slowly back to position 0/
RUN. Before each movement of the lever wait till the engine speed gets stable.
10. After starting let the engine run 1 – 3 minutes at low speed, in the meantime check
the engine condition, if it is running steadily or if you cannot hear unusual noise. After
engine warms up, pull throttle lever to accelerate engine speed.
IDLE SPEED
• Set throttle control lever to its „SLOW“ position to reduce stress on the engine when working
is not being performed. Lowering the engine speed to idle the engine will help extend
the life of the engine, as well as conserve fuel and reduce the noise level of the machine.
STOPPING THE ENGINE
CAUTION! A Do not stop the engine by pushing choke lever to CHOKE/1 position.
It is danger of kickback or damage of the engine.
To stop the engine in an emergency, simply turn the engine switch to the OFF position.
Under normal conditions, use the following procedure.
