STOPPING THE ENGINE
WARNING! B
To stop the engine in an emergency, simply turn gas lever to position
,,STOP“
(Abb. 16 B). Under normal conditions, use the following procedure.
1.
After the last tilling let the unit riddle running for 1-2 minutes. The engine will get cooled a bit.
2. Turn the fuel valve lever to the OFF position ,,0“ (Abb. 16 B)
Note: I
Do not move the choke lever to the CLOSE position to stop the engine. It could
happen to flooding, backfire or damage the engine.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR WORKING
C the soil is too stiff, it must be prearranged before cultivation (moistened) to avoid
damage of the plough shares or other parts of tiller.
OPERATING SPEED
For normal tilling, set the throttle control lever to “Max. speed” for best tiller action. The throttle
lever and the gear lever should be set so that the forward movement is at the slow-walking
level. Besides depth regulator rod setting, variation of pressure on the handles also helps further
controlof tilling depth and travel speed. A downward pressure on the handles will reduce
the tilling depth and increase the forward speed. An upward pressure on the handles will
increase the working depth and reduce the forward speed.
CLUTCH CONTROL
Release the clutch lock. Push the clutch lever toward the handle to start rotating the work tool
and moving the machine. Releasing the lever stops the work tool (and machine movement).
(The engine stays running.)
FRONT SUPPORT WHEEL (FIG. 8)
C The front support wheel is only intended to facilitate pushing the tiller. When
ploughing, the wheel must be tipped out and folded up!
1. Loosen the screw.
2. Pull the wheel axle down [A].
3. Tilt the axle with support wheel up [B] and snap it into place.
4. Tighten the screw.
DEPTH LIMITER (OBR.7)
It regulates the depth of the loosening and helps the operator to control the direction and speed
of the cultivator.
Reducing the length of the depth limiter slows down the cultivator and the loosening is deeper.
Increasing the length of the depth limiter allows faster movement and shallower cultivation.
ADJUSTING LOOSENING DEPTH:
1. Remove the cotter pin (pic. 7) (22+23).
