m Risk of injury due to the high weight of the heat exchanger!
The heat exchanger can fall down and cause serious injuries when removed.
> Wear protective footwear.
> Carefully remove the heat exchanger from the unit with both hands.
2. Open both upper snap-in hooks on unit door.
3. Remove unit door.
4. Remove the heat exchanger from the unit to reduce the weight (see Fig. 18).
5. Hang the unit mounting bracket on the wall rail (see Fig. 19).
6. Ensure that the unit is fixed to the wall.
7. Re-insert the unit door and close with the snap-in hooks.
4.3 Install ball siphon
During heating periods, condensate may form in the heat exchanger due to the heat recovery process. The condensa-
te must be able to drain freely from the unit. The provided ball siphon (scope of delivery) must be installed in the base
tray of the unit for this purpose.
1. Open ball siphon. Turn the mounting part a 1/4 turn (see Fig. 20).
2. Plug the mounting part in the condensate outlet from below, until the claw fasteners snap to the sheet edge of the
base plate (Fig. 21).
3. Insert locking part and insert up to stop (Fig. 22).
4. Then insert the condensate hose (DN 12 mm; not included in delivery) in the hose connector on the siphon casing
and tighten by hand (Fig. 23).
