5.1.5 Connecting the tool
f Connect the tool to the power pack with control box
(see the Operating Instructions for the tool).
f If applicable, connect the foot-operated switch to the
power pack with control box.
f Make sure that all the wiring is free of kinks.
f Make sure that there is nothing to obstruct accessibility
to the tool, the power pack with control box and the
cable-tie reel.
NOTE
To avoid signal disruptions, position the power pack with
control box no more than 5 m away from the tool.
5.1.6 Installing the waste disposal equipment
The cut offs drop through an opening in the base plate into
a waste container.
The waste container is not included in the scope of supply
and must be manufactured and installed on a case-to-case
basis by the customer/operating company.
f Position a container of adequate size underneath the
base plate.
f Make sure that there is nothing to obstruct access to the
waste container.
f Check the container at regular intervals during operation
and dispose of the waste.
