DECAL LOCATION
Various decals, Table 5 are provided with TIREMAAX
®
systems. These decals include important information
relative to TIREMAAX operation and function. They
must not be removed after installation. If included with
the literature packet and not already installed on the
trailer, place decals using the below figures and table.

Tire hose
Tire pressure gage
1. Disconnect tire hose at hubcap.
2. Use a conventional gage to measure tire pressure at hose end as shown on right.
3. Align hose with hubcap port and tighten nut. Ensure nut is snug.

1. Set trailer park brake.
2. Locate TIREMAAX control, as
shown on far right.
3. Turn supply valve to closed
position, as shown on right.

TIRE INFLATION SYSTEM
This unit is equipped with the TIREMAAX
®
tire inflation system.
If the lamp remains on continuously for more
than 10 minutes, one or more tires may be low
or the system requires service.
In the event of a substantial system leak, set the trailer
park brakes, then close controller supply valve.

This TIREMAAX
®
controller assembly has been factory preset to a cold inflation
pressure of:
100 psi
If the indicator lamp remains on continuously for more than 10 minutes, one or more
tires may be low or the system requires service.
In the event of a system leak, set the trailer park brake, then close the controller
supply valve.
NOTE: If equipped with TIREMAAX PRO, while trailer park brakes are set, lamp operation is disabled
and no delivery pressure is present.
