If the sensors, pump motors, mixing motors aren't working, or the PC connection to the HERO Dispenser is down, first ensure the unit has power and the machine's power cable is connected to the outlet. If your HERO Dispenser's colors are difficult to reproduce, complete one or more purges and clean the nozzles. Contact the colorant supplier, or replace the colorant. You may also need to substitute the canister and related tubing. Increasing the room temperature or recalibrating the appropriate circuits might also help.

If the cable is damaged, replace it. If the motor has broken down, replace the canister. If the electronic card is not working, replace it. If the pump is stalled, start the pump by hand slowly until it unblocks, increase the purging frequency, and if necessary, thin the colorant.
