Accessing Components Covered by Guards
Where necessary, before carrying out maintenance operations with the machine open, remove the guards
covering the components that are to be repaired so that the work can be done comfortably and safely.
The machine must be turned off and the air supply must also be turned off
before guards may be removed and maintenance work may be carried out.
During maintenance operations, only remove the guards covering the components subjected to
maintenance. At the end of the maintenance operations, reassemble the guards removed previously before
starting the measuring machine.
