SNMP settings
1. Select the SNMP link to display the current SNMP network settings.
Field Description
SNMP Settings Enable or disable simple network management protocol (SNMP). Select the version you wish to use.
Available options are SNMP v1/v2cand SNMP v3. Also specify the UDP Port Setting.
SNMP v1/v2c Enter the Read Community Nameand the Write Community Namefor the SNMP v1/v2c setting.
SNMP v3 Enter the Read User Name/Write User Name, Security Level, auth-password, and priv-password for the
SNMP v3 settings.
Device Enter the Location, Contact, Encryption Algorithm, and the Authentication Methodfor this device.
2. Make any necessary changes and click Save.
You may need to confirm your administrative rights by entering a valid user name and password. You may also need
to restart the printer to save any changes. See 5.5.3 Changes to the settings.
