This completes the coarse adjustment of the Xe lamp position. Now proceed to fine adjustment of
the lamp position.
6.1.2 Adjustment of Xe Lamp Position Using Distilled Water (fine adjustment)

1) Click (analytical method) on the measurement toolbar and set “time scan” for the measuring
mode under [General] tab on the Method window. Next select the [Instrument] tab and set the
following conditions.
 Data mode : Luminescence

 EM WL : 400
 Time unit : ｓ
 Scan time : 2400
 Delay : 0
 EX Slit : 5
 EM Slit : 5
