6. Setting Method
6.1 Wired Remote Control Switch (PC-ARF)
Refer to the operation manual for PC-ARF.
6.2 Wireless Remote Control Switch
(PC-LH3B)
NOTES:
● The temperature is not displayed during the
stoppage. In the case that the temperature
is set during the stoppage, the temperature
indication is turned ON temporally.
It is automatically turned OFF after setting.
● The temperature can be set for each
operation mode.
● The setting temperature is available from
17
o
C to 30
o
C by the wireless remote control
switch. However, for indoor unit whose
setting temperature range is 19 ~ 30
o
C, if the
temperature settings of 17
o
C or 18
o
C is set,
the setting temperature will be 19
o
C.
6.2.1 Temperature Setting
Point the transmitter towards the receiver and
press “TEMP.” switch to set the temperature.
By pressing “
”, the temperature is increased
by 1
o
C.
By pressing “ ”, the temperature is decreased
by 1
o
C.
NOTE
When the wireless remote control switch is utilized,
the beep sound for receipt conrmation is heard
from the indoor unit.
6.2.2 Fan Speed
Point the transmitter towards the receiver and
press “FAN” switch to set the fan speed.
NOTES:
● The fan speed is not displayed during the
stoppage. In the case that the fan speed
is set during the stoppage, the fan speed
indication is turned ON temporally. (Approx.
10 seconds)
It is automatically turned OFF after setting.
● The fan speed can be set for each operation
mode. However, the fan speed will be xed
at “LOW” in dry operation, which can not be
changed.
By repeatedly pressing the switch,
the setting will change sequentially
through HIGH 2, HIGH, MED and
LOW.
“MED” should be normally used.
6.2.3 Swing Louver Direction
< Function >
●
Fixed:
The louver can be xed at the required angle.
● Auto-swing:
The air ow direction can be changed
continuously.
(1) Point the transmitter towards the receiver
and press “LOUVER” switch to set the
louver angle.
: Auto swing operation will be started.
At this time, the louver will swing repeatedly
on LCD.
(2) By pressing “LOUVER” switch, the louver
angle will be changed as follows.
NOTES:
● The louver setting are only available from
1 step through 5 step and auto swing at
the cooling and dry operation modes.
● The louver angle is changed automatically
during the cooling, heating or dry
operation.
The set temperature is set to 28
o
C in
the cooling operation.
The fan speed is set to “Hi” in the
cooling operation.
The louver angle is set to 1 step
at “Hi” in the cooling operation.
