2.4. Head Cleaning Unit (Cleaning Station)
The structure of the head cleaning unit is as follows.
Left perspective view Right perspective view
Head cover rest
Place the print head
cover temporarily.
(It is available on both
left and right sides.)
Cable hook
The print head cable can
be hooked on it.
Recovery bottle
Bottle that collects
the liquid after
cleaning.
Print head slot
Inlet into which the print
head to be cleaned is
inserted.
Cleaning unit
connecting tube
Tube through which
the wiring and piping
from the printer pass.
(Tube length: 4.5 m)
Slide block
Used to mount the head
cleaning unit.
