valueexceedingtheencoderTargetvaluewillalsocausetheTargetoutputtofire.InRPMmode,
theRPMismonitoredthroughouttherecordcycle,buttheRPMisnotzeroedatthestartofit.
AsinAnglemode,iftheRPMvalueexceedstheencoderTargetvalue,theTargetoutputwillfire.

