Installation
15. Drill the holes in the floor using a drill with an 8Ø bit and fit the expandable bolts provided as indicated
in the drawing and tighten them to a torque of 25 Nm. As indicated in the box, in the last phase, fasten
the mounting brackets on the side of the column and tighten to a torque of 25Nm (15) .
16. Check that the mains input voltage and frequency
parameters are compatible with the data shown
on the wheel balancing machine plate (±10%)
(16).
17. Check proper pneumatic connection; the machine
and the lift require at least 7 kg/cm² (~ 0.7 MPa;
~7 BAR; ~105 PSI) (17).
18. Turn on the machine and carry out
the following
operations:
▪ LASER CALIBRATION
▪ TAPER CALIBRATION
▪ MACHINE CALIBRATION
