Mask Test
This ensures that the mask is airtight, not only during the slow pressure increase during
the soft start ramp, but also at higher pressures. The mask test can be programmed to
last from 5 to 90 seconds in 5 second increments. The mask test is performed before
the ramp starts and tests the tightness under maximum therapy pressure (see figures
on page 64).
Setting the mask test
1. Select the complete menu (see page 47).
2. Use the selection keys and to select Mask Test.
3.
Press the enter key and then use the selection keys and to set the
seconds. Confirm your setting by pressing the enter key .
