Disconnect the cylinder from the carriage.
Disconnect the air pressure and the power supply.
Disconnect the air pipes from the cylinder.
Remove the bolt to disconnect the cylinder from the cabinet.
Secure the cylinder to the cabinet with the bolt.
Connect the air pipes.
Plug the machine to the air pressure and to power supply.
Connect the cylinder to the bead breaker carriage.
Remove the cord.
Check if the machine works fine.
7.12 BEAD BREAKER CYLINDERS AND DISCS VALVES # EAA0350G58A / EAA0377G25A
/ EAA0350G57A: CHECK AND REPLACEMENT
: 30’ each one
: 4mm allen key, 27mm end key, medium Philip screwdriver.
: Defective valve may cause the following malfunction:
1. Air leaking from the control valve.
2. The bead breaker arm will not detach the tire bead.
3. The bead breaker arm goes down itself when machine remain not operated for some time.
TO CHECK THE VALVE:
Remove the valves assembly cover.
Check the valve following Paragraph 7.10.
If there will not be any air leaking from air pipe and fitting, but
there is air leaking through trough one of the silencer, the valve
must be replaced.
