7.14 BEAD BREAKER ARMS VALVE BLOCKING # EAA0377G26A: CHECK AND
REPLACEMENT
 : 30’
 : 4mm allen key, 27mm end key, medium Philip screwdriver.
 : Defective valve may cause the following malfunction:
1. Air leaking from the control valve.
2. The bead breaker arm will not detach the tire bead.
3. The bead breaker arm goes down itself when machine remain not operated for some time.
TO CHECK THE VALVE:
 Remove the valves assembly cover.
 Check the valve following Paragraph 7.10.
 If there will not be any air leaking from air pipe and fitting, but there
is air leaking through one of the silencers, the valve must be
replaced.
TO REPLACE THE VALVE:
 Disconnect the air pressure and the power supply.
 Lift with screwdriver the valve tang and pull the valve out.
 Remove the nut from the back to dismount the valve joystick.
 Disconnect the pipes from the valve.
 Mount the new joystick.
 Install the air pipes to the new valve.
 Snap in the new valve to the joystick.
