After the engine starts, let the engine switch return to the ON
position.
The pilot lamp comes on after the engine starts (Equipped type only).
Warm up the engine for 2 or 3 minutes.
Warm-up stabilizes engine rotation and eliminates voltage
fluctuation, warm up the engine oil and lubricates relevant parts,
reduces abrasion, and prevents seizure.
A little blue smoke might be emitted from the exhaust during warm-
up, but normal.
Turn the automatic throttle switch ON or OFF according to operation.
When the duty is small (loading power less than 350 W), the automatic
throttle control system might not work. Even above 350 W, it might not
function properly, due to the switch components. In these case set the
automatic throttle switch to OFF.
