Air cleaner service
Operating the engine without the air cleaner will cause rapid engine
wear.

Open the maintenance lid (see page ).
Unhook the clips and remove the air cleaner cover and inner cover.
Remove the wing bolt and air cleaner element and check the
element. Replace the element with a new one if damaged.
If you operate the generator in very dusty areas, check and replace the
air cleaner more often than specified in the MAINTENANCE
SCHEDULE.
