Catalytic bead sensors are typically not recommended for detection of combustible gases with
flash points greater than 37. C/10 F.
Correction Factor for catalytic type combustible LEL sensors
The following table shows the % relative sensitivity of several common detectable gases based
on a methane (CH
4
) calibration. This table applies to both Filtered and Unfiltered versions of the
catalytic combustible sensors offered in the BW Flex detector.
