Installation
1. Slide the flex through the slot in the scan bracket assembly.
2. Position the camera and shield into the scan bracket assembly.
3. Using a #0 Phillips screwdriver install 4 screws and secure the camera to the scan bracket assembly with 1.2+/-0.2 in-lbs of
torque.
4. Verify that the grounding gasket is still attached to the camera flex as shown in the picture above. If this is a new camera you
will need to install a new grounding gasket (item 7).
5. Re-install the scan bracket assembly.
6. Re-install the bottom housing assembly.
OPERATION:
EA30 Scan Engine
The EA30 scan engine is located on the scan bracket assembly. To service the scan engine you will need to remove the
scan bracket assembly.
