Subsidiary Equipment
The panels and network annunciators in this section may be
present on an MN network without being part of an ACU, LOC
or CCS. They do not have local control when an MN alarm is
active in the system. They are capable of initiating and
annunciating an MN alarm, but cannot perform acknowledge,
silence, or reset functions while an MN alarm is active in the
system.

DVC-RPU
MN Paging Levels are not installed when the DVC-RPU acts
as a subsidiary device. Program the DVC-RPU label. Refer to
"DVC-RPU” on page 24.
MN ANNUNCIATOR PROGRAMMING
Program an annunciator as a dedicated MN alarm
annunciator (See page 25). Use XLS-DVC General Zones
Z501 - Z533 to annunciate LOC and ACU paging. Refer to
"XLS-DVC General Zones” on page 26.
Programming
DCC Participation
In a system with both MN and Fire support, DCC must always
be disabled for all XLS120s, XLS140-2s, XLS3000s, XLS-
NCA2s and EBI Workstation.
XLS3000/XLS-NCA2
Panel: In the Panel Settings Menu:
Set DCC Participation to NO to disable DCC Participation.
