3=Call Back Up to five telephone numbers can be programmed, with which
Remote Servicing can instruct the panel to call back.
Notes:
1. If Manager Authorize is selected as the Remote Access Mode, the telecoms module
can only make outgoing calls. This allows another telephone, fax or answering machine
to be connected to the line without interference from the telecom module when calling
into the premises.
2. If Call Back is selected, access to the panel is denied unless the call back option in
Remote Servicing is used to initiate the connection.
Call Home [56.1.13] Not used
Alarm Monitoring [56.1.14]
Use this option to allow events to be dialled to a computer with Alarm Monitoring software.
Alarm events information is only transmitted when all of the alarms have been sent to the

occurs while the system is transmitting in the Alarm Monitoring mode, the transmission is
terminated and the alarms are sent to the ARC using the primary format selected.
The menu structure and programming of the Alarm Monitoring options are identical to the
SIA format. Refer to SIA [56.1.01.2].
