Connection to a local computer via USB
Follow this procedure if you wish to programme the system via a PC and a USB cable
8. Ensure the PC is installed with Remote Servicing Suite Software
9. Ensure the USB Comm port is set up according to the instructions with the software
10. Crveate a new Site in the RSS softare database.
11. In the set-up for the site, select Direct connection and select the USB comm. Port.
12. Select the Dial option and the Software will connect to the control panel
No Settings need to be altered on the control panel
Connection to a remote service computer
Follow this procedure if you need to connect to a remote service centre:
1. Select Remote Access (47 ent).
2. Select Call back (1 ent 0 ent 1 ent).
3. Enter the phone number of the remote service centre.
4. Press ent.
The panel dials the remote service centre.
