Via this web page an operator can test the alarm control philosophy by simulating a number of alarm or
fault scenarios. Note that activating these simulations will drive any external alarm devices connected to
the Midas
®
including the Modbus/TCP and the relay outputs. The simulation may be perceived as a false
alarm/nuisance alarm if not fully communicated to other staff.
