OTIMe
command/query
The OTIMe command positions the 0 marker in time when the marker
mode is TIME. If data is not valid, the command performs no action.
The OTIMe query returns the 0 marker position in time. If data is not
valid, the query returns 9.9E37.
Command Syntax:
