INSTRUMENT
IDENTIFICATION
The
following
example demonstrates
how
to
display
the
identification
address
of
the
counter
on
the
display
screen
of
the
controller.
The
program
clears
the
HP
5384A/HP 5385A
then
requests
the
instrument
identification.
The response
is
read
into
"N$",
which
is
then
displayed.
Note:
To
use this example
with
an
HP
5385A, substitute
HP
5385A
wherever
HP 5384A
is
entered.
