Remove the card reader:
1. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the system board (1).
2. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screws (2) that secure the card reader to the computer.
3. Remove the card reader from the computer (3).
To install the card reader, reverse this procedure.
Per key lighting board
To remove the lighting board, use this procedure and illustration.

3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 37).
