2. Press down on the module until the side retention clips snap into place (3).
Card reader
To remove the card reader, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the card reader, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 29).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 29).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 30).
Remove the card reader:
1. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screws (1) that secure the card reader to the computer.
2. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the card reader board (2).
