4. Remove the system board (2).
Reverse this procedure to install the system board.

Display panel cable (includes adhesive support strips) 740197-001
Before removing the display panel cable, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the tablet. If you are unsure whether the tablet is off or in Hibernation, turn the tablet on,
and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect the power from the tablet by unplugging the power cord from the tablet.
3. Disconnect all external devices from the tablet.
4. Remove the display enclosure (see
Display enclosure on page 38).
5. Disconnect the tablet battery cable from the system board (see
Sensor board on page 39).
6. Remove the bezel (see
Bezel on page 57).
7. Remove the system board (see
System board on page 61).
Remove the display panel cable:
1. Release the adhesive support strip (1) that secures the display panel cable to the display
panel assembly.
