CAUTION: Removing a battery that is the sole power source for the tablet can cause loss of
information. To prevent loss of information, save your work or shut down the tablet through Windows
before removing the battery.
Remove the tablet battery:
1. Remove the four Phillips PM1.85×3.35 screws (1) that secure the tablet battery to the display
panel assembly.
2. Remove the tablet battery (2).
3. Remove the tablet battery.
Reverse this procedure to install the tablet battery.
